You understand that Lenig Photographic is unable to provide you with permission to copy, display or distribute material for which you do not own the copyright or other intellectual property rights. You may not copy or distribute such material without the written consent of the owner, and you are solely responsible for any copyright or other intellectual property law violations that you may incur as a result of your activities on or related to Lenig Photographic. Lenig Photographic will not scan or duplicate any copyrighted photograph, slide or negative without express written consent of the image’s original owner.

It is the policy of Lenig Photographic to handle all orders on a first in, first out basis, but all orders will be processed in a timely fashion, with respect for quality output. Lenig Photographic will make every effort to return original photographic materials in the contition they were received, but we are not responsible for damage or loss during normal shipping or mailing.

Lenig Photographic will NOT process orders containing images of a pornographic or violent nature.
